Retail property market shows recovery

The green shoots of economic recovery may remain elusive, but a growing number of Britain's retailers are putting down roots in preparation for an eventual upswing, a report said Wednesday. Market researcher Experian said there had been a pick up in new retail lettings recently, albeit from a very low base and focussed on prime trading locations.
