It's been a few months since his property firm went bust, but property show star Phil Spencer has already landed himself a new job - this time in Australia.

The Location, Location, Location host is heading Down Under four a four-part TV series, which will follow him around as he looks for a new home in Australia.

The new show called Phil Down Uneder is set to be shown next year and also sees the star help families move to Australia to find the property of their dreams.
